1. Introduction

Putting your money down means you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully before making any financial commitment.

Participation implies that you understand and accept these terms.

2. Investment and Subscription Terms

2.1 Minimum Capital:

  • For now the minimum amount to start with is NGN3000.

2.2 Monthly Subscription Fee:

  • A non-refundable subscription fee of NGN 2,000 will be charged to each sponsor at the beginning of every month. This fee will help management handle some operational cost without hassle

2.3 Profit Commission:

  • In addition to the monthly subscription, a 5% commission will also be charged on all profits generated from your fund at the end of each weekly run. The commission is only deducted from profits made within the week.

2.4 Profit Payouts:

  • Profit payouts will be disbursed to sponsors on a weekly basis (precisely on Mondays), after deducting the 5% commission. You may choose to reinvest profits instead of accepting the disbursement.
  • If there are no profits for the week, no commission will be taken.

3. Structure and Profit

3.1 Approach:

  • I am going to employ strategic sports betting techniques to generate returns. The aim is to provide consistent and sustainable profits, at least 20 to 50% ROI every week while reducing risks.

3.2 Expected Returns:

  • Despite the fact that our aim is to make profit, guarantee on specific returns or performance levels is not 100%, at the same time, past performance does not guarantee future results.

3.3 Risk of Loss:

  • This project involves inherent risks associated with sports betting, and we may lose part or all of initial capital. By joining, you acknowledge and accept the risks and loss that may arise from the performance of this scheme.

4. Fees and Expenses

4.1 Stamp Duty and Transaction Fees:

  • Banks may charge stamp duty and transaction fees on deposits and withdrawals.
  • Any applicable transaction fees charged by third-party financial institutions will be borne by sponsors.

4.2 Other Fees:

  • Aside from the subscription fee and profit commission, there are no hidden fees. However, I don’t account for how you will be taxed for this, if at all you will be taxed.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits:

  • Deposits are made via bank transfer to the designated account provided after onboarding. Proof of payment is required for every deposit.

5.2 Withdrawals:

  • Sponsors may request withdrawals at any time;
  • Requests to re-invest profit must be made on Sundays before we disburse profits on Monday.

6. Risk Management

6.1 Betting Limits:

  • The Fund will operate under strict risk management guidelines, which include limiting bet sizes for each ticket and employing strategies to maximise returns.
  • No more than 40% of total bankroll will be used for betting in a day.

6.2 Emergency Fund:

  • We will maintain a reserve of 20% of our capital to protect against market volatility and mitigate the risk of losses.

6.3 Loss Limits:

  • In the event of significant market volatility or consecutive losses, We may halt operations temporarily to prevent further drawdowns. Sponsors will be notified immediately if such a situation arises.

7. Reporting and Communication

7.1 Monthly Reports:

  • There will be weekly performance reports detailing betting activities, profits, losses, and commission charges. Reports will be sent via email. Don’t hesitate to ask questions if you are confused about anything and provide feedback.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

8.1 Confidentiality:

  • All personal and financial information shared will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose any information to third parties without prior consent from you.

8.2 Data Protection:

  • Your data will be stored securely and used solely for the purpose of managing your money.

9. Dispute Resolution and Legal Jurisdiction

9.1 Dispute Resolution:

  • In the event of any disputes arising from your participation in this scheme, we encourage amicable settlement through mutual discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be resolved in accordance with jungle justice and several blows 🥊🥊.

10. Termination of Participation

10.1 Voluntary Termination:

  • You can terminate your participation at any time, upon termination, any outstanding profits or funds will be disbursed ASAP.
